All Abhedya Suraksha panels have battery backup, so the complete system keeps working smoothly during a power failure or cut.

How does the user know which sensor was activated?

The Abhedya Suraksha app lets you give each sensor a friendly name (in any language). When a sensor is activated, you get a customized SMS.

What should users do if there is an alarm while they are away from home?

Users can control the system through the Abhedya Suraksha mobile app and lock/unlock it while away from home.

How does the warranty work on Abhedya Suraksha products?

Almost all Abhedya Suraksha products have a one-year chip replacement warranty. If anything goes wrong, a service engineer replaces the chip inside the unit.

How does the timer work on holidays?

Four timers can be set to cover holidays. However, Abhedya Suraksha’s experts suggest keeping the system locked for 24 hours so your premises stay secure regardless.

How does Abhedya Suraksha’s service work?

Customers can raise complaints through the Abhedya Suraksha mobile app. Complaints go to the Abhedya Suraksha service center, which attends to them within a few hours.
